python -m fix-dunepy not working with new Makefile approach

One can use python -m dune fix-dunepy force as before but the other inconsistency tests only make sense for the old cmake setup. Need to check if the inconsistencies that came up with the old setup are still an issue with the new setup, i.e., what can break by a ctrl-c at the wrong time?
