dunecontrol still replaces hyphens by underscores

I tried 'dunecontrol update' in a directory full of Dune modules, and got the error messages

--- calling update for dune-book-examples --- WARNING: dune_book_examples is not under a known version control system.

Both error messages are justified in my case, but note how dunecontrol gets the module names wrong: it replaces the hyphens by underscores.
