Following this discussion http://lists.dune-project.org/pipermail/dune/2016-December/014440.html I think it would be very nice to completely remove the DUNE_GRID_EXPERIMENTAL_GRID_EXTENSIONS and make it always true. @martin.nolte @andreas.dedner @gruenich
