### Passing a volume conductor to duneuro-py via python objects
The following example script shows how to pass a volume conductor to duneuro-py via python objects.
This is especially advantageous, if the mesh is already in memory on the python side, or if the mesh is not in file-format supported by duneuro.

### Python example scripts using the Simbio TestData Repository
The following are some example scripts that reproduce the results from the simbio test data repository. These scripts use the python interface and are provided as an Jupyter Notebook. In addition to the packages needed for compiling duneuro, you need the python packages: numpy, matplotlib, seaborn, pandas, tqdm as well as the analytical sphere model solution in [simbiosphere](https://gitlab.dune-project.org/duneuro/simbiosphere/blob/master/Readme.md). The test data can be found on [sourceforge](https://sourceforge.net/projects/neurofem-simbio/files/SimBio-Testdata/)
