Bugfix: Capture parameter classes by non-const references
requested to merge exadune/bugfix/non-const-ref-parameter into merge-reverse-grid-iteration-and-fast-dg-assembler
This is identical to the fix in ordinary PDELab. It is repeated here in order to conquer the mess and to make my stuff compile without patching it locally almost everywhere.
