parallel refinement fails for a particular Gmsh file
When executing mpirun -n 2 ./test-gmsh 1
for the Gmsh test in the branch bernd.flemisch:feature/add-gmsh-test, refinement of the grid from the file gmsh/circle2ndorder.msh fails with
Error: Inconsistent map of global vertex 8: 0.488889 0.871914 != 0.488889 0.019245 (type = ghost)

It works fine for the other grids. Maybe it has something to do with the boundary parametrization?
