Fix upstream vectorclass CI issues

For your information @marcel.koch @rhess , I am working on our current issues in CI with the vectorclass: https://github.com/vectorclass/version2/pull/37

As soon as Agner merged, I will bump our VCL submodule and we should be fine again.
