Feature/add dune vtk bindings

Started on adding vtk writer bindings (see #1 (closed))

to do

• export FieldInfo structure (see !12 (merged)
• decide on how to take the large number of variants of the writer into account
• provide a similar convenience function on the python side as available in dune-grid
