Remove the version restriction in the dune.module file

Simon Praetorius requested to merge update/dune-module-without-versions into master

dune-vtk works with dune-2.10 and the current master. If this changes and we need more recent features only provided in the master or 2.11 versions, the version restrictions can be added again.
