Description
Found some bugs i in the html version of the grid howto:
- The next link in the html version of the grid howto jumps four page forward instead of just one.

lstinline!function!
is not handled correctly by the converter. All text following until the next paragraph or latex command seem to get swallowed (See e. g. Chapter two after the traversal example
