Description
The generic Raviart-Thomas elements on simplices lack orientation (called set number s in the documentation) in the interface. This is needed to detected twisted elements. According to Andreas Dedner this data are internally known but not accessible in the interface. Maybe the way twists will be handled, as discussed in Aachen, will help to clarify the interface.
Unless this is done, I revert the deprecation of raviartthomas02d.hh and raviartthomas12d.hh.
