Description
according to the Gmsh ascii file format specification[1], the node indices do not have to be ordered. The attached patch against the current master of dune-grid (5a0c2f6f4c3e6abedd1c5d28e8847b379277481f) removes this requirement from the GmshReader by using the node id which has been read from the file.
