Description
Currently the GmshWriter does not support writing physical entities. The attached patch against the current master of dune-grid (5a0c2f6f4c3e6abedd1c5d28e8847b379277481f) adds an optional pointer to a std::vector to the Writer which stores the physical entity for each grid element. The writer does not take ownership of this vector and the indices are ordered based on the grid views index set. The physical entities are stored as the first entry in the elements tag-list[1].
