#190 SGrid tests needs >2GB memory

Description
I just did a make check in dune/grid/io/file/dgfparser/.
the SGrid test testsg made my machine swap as it uses more than 2 GB memory.
There is a warning when running it:
start SGrid test WARNING: gridsize = 271905264 entities | map of entities = 0 for codim 3
