Comment | Everybody tested the beta tarballs and all bugs concerning our test applications are fixed. |
Description
Everybody should run at least one of his applications with the beta tarballs. This should be done in two ways. First one schould run the application with the extracted tarball (just like he does with the svn version). Then he should check with the installed modules.
The following applications wil be tested:
Peter Bastian: - dune-dd: domain decomposition methods based on dune-grid, dune-istl, dune-common and various grids
Markus Blatt: - dune-amg-test: scalability tests with amg (uses dune-grid, dune-istl, dune-common and various grids
Andreas Dedner: - dgfparser - dune-fem
Christian Engwer: DG on complex shaped domains (2D and 3D) involves: dune-common, dune-grid (yaspgrid, sgrid, uggrid), dune-istl -> Builds with beta4. Didn't test uggrid yet, because beta4 requires a different version than the trunk
Robert Klöfkorn: Forward Facing Step (2D and 3D) involves: - dune-common - dune-grid (all grids, parallel, adaptive, load balancing) - dune-fem MPIs: OpenMPI, HP-MPI (XC4000 Karlsruhe) platforms: GentooLinux amd64, HP XC Version 3.0 Fuel Cell Simulation involves: - dune-common - dune-grid (all grids, parallel, adaptive, load balancing) - dune-istl - dune-fem MPIs: OpenMPI, HP-MPI (XC4000 Karlsruhe) platforms: GentooLinux amd64, HP XC Version 3.0
Mario Ohlberger: Fuel Cell Simulation involves: - dune-common - dune-grid (all grids, parallel, adaptive, load balancing) - dune-istl - dune-fem MPIs: OpenMPI platforms: GentooLinux amd64, SuSE 10.0 x86
Oliver Sander: Contact mechanics: uses all core modules, but UGGrid only. In particular this tests vector-valued istl-stuff
