Description
gridtype.hh offers some preprocessor magic to construct the correct typedef for the grid class. The usage is neither limited to, nor required by the DGFParser. As we already discussed some time ago, gridtype.hh should go to grid/utility. The DGF includes in gridtype.hh should be moved to dgfparser.hh.
