Description
There does not seem to be any documentation for the GridView::Codim class. That class is important to acces the Iterator type of an GridView. There exists the page http://www.dune-project.org/doc/doxygen/dune-grid-html/structDune_1_1GridView_1_1Codim.html which does not contain information. Also, the title of this page is strange.
