Description
The MPI test wants to execute a small test program. On a parallel computer (like HELICS :-)) Dune must be compiled with MPI but a a parallel job can only be submitted to a batch system and not directly run by mpirun.
One possibility would be to have an option to configure that leaves out the execution test.
