Description
Revision 1309 of dune-istl added an AMG with a Krylov cycle. However, the file "kamg.hh" (added to "paamg_HEADERS" in dune/istl/paamg/Makefile.am at -r1309) was apparently not "svn add"ed in the actual commit.
