Description
A student of mine just stumbled over the UniversalMappers in Dune. To our surprise these mappers do not contain any entries unless they were previously provided with the map method.
Unfortunately this behaviour is neither documented in the grid howto nor in the grid paper. I did not find in the doxygen docu either.
