[examples] Improve examples

• Unify handling of essential BCs and extract utility for modifying matrix and rhs.
• Avoid some boiler plate code for global assemblers.
• Rename typedefs FooType to Foo.

We may want to add the extracted utilities to Dune::Fufem:: later.
