assembleGlobalBasisTransferMatrix: Extend to dune-functions bases

It is now possible to call assembleGlobalBasisTransferMatrix() with a dune-functions compatible global basis. The global interpolation is done by visiting the local tree and computing a local interpolation at the leaf nodes.
