doxygen-docu: When jumping to anchors via links entries are hidden

There seems to be an issue with the style shield. E.g. if I klick on the link to the boundary method documentation details on https://www.dune-project.org/doxygen/2.4.1/classDune_1_1Intersection.html, I land at https://www.dune-project.org/doxygen/2.4.1/classDune_1_1Intersection.htmll#ae154cb52cba977c28180076cc559d7d8 but cannot see the documentation as it is hidden by the banner.
