remove "Beginner Resources"

The page Beginners Resources essential just contains installation instructions. This is doubled with those in the Installation page, but also include old outdated information. This has lead to confusion by some users. Thus, I think, this page should simply be removed, and maybe some of the links included in the general installation instructions.
