convert user wiki pages of the user meetings

I have converted the old wiki entry of the 2015 Dune User Meeting to Markdown and corrected the links in meetings.md and 2015-09-devmeeting.md.

What will happen to the slides of all the talks? They currently reside under http://users.dune-project.org/attachments/download/. Will this be deleted with the user wiki, or can those files remain there?

the PDF files will also be removed. I think it would be good to keep them directly on the new website.

@felix.gruber do you intend to update the merge-request with the PDFs included?

I suggest to create a directory static/pdf/meetings/2015-09-usermeeting and add the files there. The links should then point to /pdf/meetings/2015-09-usermeeting/???.pdf.

I'll try to include the PDFs over the week-end. First I have to find out how to install git-lfs which unfortunately is not in Debian yet.

I've now added the PDFs as you suggested.

Somehow the website didn't update. https://dune-project.org/community/meetings/ still contains links to the old userwiki pages for the user meetings.

Maybe this has to do with this pending CI run that blocked the merge for you?
