Cleanup Constraints assembler

We still keep compatibility code to support the old-style constraints parameter interface, which was basically a boundary-function returning an integer.

In particular we should get rif of

• OldStyleConstraintsWrapper
• MultiComponentOldStyleConstraintsWrapperDescription
