Drop treePath in DiscreteGlobalBasisFunction and interpolate()
The current implementations of DiscreteGlobalBasisFunction
and interpolate(...)
support passing a treePath
explicitly to constrain their operation to a certain subtree. This functionality is no longer needed since one can pass a subspaceBasis(basis, treePath)
for some time now.
Since the new solution is superior in all aspects we wanted to drop the old version. In view of 2.7 I'd like to either deprecate or completely drop it. In view of the fact that it was already replaced it in all examples and is explicitly not mentioned it in the manual I'd prefer the latter.
