Set CMAKE_LIBRARY_ARCHITECTURE to unknown if it is not set.

Otherwise ARCHNAME in config.h will not be defined and compilation fail. Closes #1 (closed)

A better fix is to get rid of ARCHNAME altogether. It is used in very few places, and AFAIK it is not needed for Dune at all.
