Improve and document constraints

  • Split constraints parsers in boundary, skeleton and volume
  • Fix re-assignement of boundary constraints when setting skeleton constraints.
  • Use array instead of vector on kwnon axis names.
  • Add documentation on how to use constraints
  • Add system test case where boundary constraints are used
