Updates docusaurus site with updated documentation. A live preview for this branch can be seen here: https://5f7472a31a219f0007e60f52--dune-copasi.netlify.app/.

Missing parts

  • The installation procedure documentation is incomplete because there is no installation procedure yet.
  • The Doxygen documentation is not possible to be generated in netlify, and if that would be the case, the embedded site looks horrible.
