WIP: make ParameterTree capable of having internal references

This MR enables the ParameterTree to have internal references to its subtree.

For example:

[parameters]
alpha=1
beta=3
[configuration1]
gamma=42
[configuration1.parameters=parameters]
[configuration2]
gamma=4711
[configuration2.parameters=parameters]

In that ParameterTree ptree.sub("configuration1").sub("parameters") and ptree.sub("configuration2").sub("parameters") would return a reference to the same (Sub)ParameterTree.
