Fetch default yml files via different project instead of url

This is a workaround for a bug that showed up after gitlab migration. See issue infrastructure/issues0#62 (closed) for further discussion.

Please mentally delete my previous comment regarding ref: master, it was a misunderstanding on my part.

Another question: Is it ok for you if I merge this into all core modules? I'm a bit hesitant, since I'm used to the workflow where another person reviews and merges the merge request. But I guess in this case it makes sense if I just go ahead.
