Move MatrixHelper to a new dir/namespace

Elias Pipping requested to merge pipping/dune-geometry:feature/hide-matrixhelper into master

In dune-common!88 (closed) there was agreement (at least among @joe, @gruenich and @carsten.graeser) that it would make sense to move the matrixhelper header to a less public place for now since a proper restructuring would cost some time and hold back e.g. a possible dune 2.5 release.

I've carried out this move here: To dune/geometry/implementation/matrixhelper.hh and the namespace Dune::Geometry::Implementation. Both are up for discussion of course.
