Adjust version number from 3.0 to 2.5

Christoph Grüninger requested to merge feature/release-is-2.5-not-3.0 into master

Once this is accepted, I will post according merge request for ALUGrid, PDELab and DuMuX. Then it is time to change the core modules, too.
