test-parallel-ug: return 77 when run in parallel with sequential dune-uggrid

Ansgar Burchardt requested to merge bugfix/test-parallel-ug-only-with-parallel-ug into master

The test will fail when run in parallel with a version of dune-uggrid that is build without support for parallel grids.
