Explicitly APPEND alberta libraries.

Markus Blatt requested to merge feature/append-alberta-libs into master

Albeit currently not needed as all dune_add_library calls are in the same directory. But it is good style and we might want to force this in the future.

This needs /dune-common!91 (merged) to merged first.
