Support dune uggrid

Markus Blatt requested to merge markus.blatt/dune-grid:support-dune-uggrid into master

Adds support for dune-uggrid (i.e. UG converted to a DUNE module).

Needs /dune-common!94 (merged) to work properly. Should not break anything without dune-uggrid.
