Deprecate duplicated methods from Grid interface

Ansgar Burchardt requested to merge feature/deprecate-duplicated-grid-methods into master

The methods overlapSize(), ghostSize() and communicate() are duplicated on the Grid and GridView interfaces. At the DUNE Developer Meeting 2014 it was decided to deprecate the methods from the Grid interface.
