Add proper documentation of the Grid concepts

Summary

This MR tries to improve the (doxygen) documentation of concepts. With recent doxygen version >= 1.9.2. the concepts are properly listed in the generated documentation. Before this version, concepts could be listed as "variables". The two generated documentations look quiet different.
