Move doxygen Grid Concepts group within the Grid group

Santiago Ospina De Los Ríos requested to merge feature/concepts-doc-move-to-grid-group into master

Currently, the grid concepts group is outside of the gird group, which looks strange (see https://www.dune-project.org/doxygen/master/modules.html). This solves the issue.
