Merge branch 'feature/template-aliases-in-overlapping-schwarz' into 'master'

[cleanup] Use template aliases where they beautify code.

I already wanted to use those when implementing the UMFPack
integration into the overlapping schwarz, but our compiler
requirements were not sufficient at the time.
