When setting up a matrix in random mode it is now allowed to use
setrowsize to set an upper bound for the rowsize. (Previously this
had to be exact number of indices we add afterwards usind addindex for
that row.
In the function endindices we now issue a warning if than rowsize
indices in a row and set the row size according to the actual number
of indices (added via addindices) in the row.
