[bugfix][cmake] install allocator.hh

Commit 8da92ce1 in merge request !87 (merged) added allocator.hh but forgot to add it to the installed headers in CMakeLists.txt.

enabled an automatic merge when the pipeline for 3cb3203c succeeds
