Ignore string conversion warning from Arpack++

Arpack currently spits out a -Wwrite-strings warning. This patch ignores the warning, as the current maintenance situation with Arpack does not give rise to much hope for an upstream fix. (Unless users use a fixed-up fork or distributions switch to one such)
