[matrixredistribute.hh] Fix missing #include <dune/istl/paamg/pinfo.hh>.
requested to merge feature/make-matrixredisttest-compile-again into feature/fix-fastamg-buildhierarchy
The previous commit made fastamg compile, but broke compilation of matrixredisttest for me. This makes matrixredisttest compile again.
