IO matrixmarket for vectors of simd type
This MR extents the matrixmarket IO functionalities for vectors of field_types with multiple lanes.
E.g. a N x 4 matrix in matrixmarket format can be loaded in a BlockVector<LoopSIMD<double,4>>.
