Use hybridutilities

This merge request simplifies the implementation of MultiTypeBlockVector and MultiTypeBlockMatrix by using hybridutilities.hh.

It is based on dune-common!103 (merged)

This is marked WIP since I intend to replace the old implementations one by one.
