Export the cholmod_factor object

Oliver Sander requested to merge export-cholmod-factor into master

This is needed for some of the more advanced features of CHOLMOD.

In particular, it is needed by something @carsten.graeser and I are currently working on downstream. I marked it WIP because it is not clear yet whether this is exactly what we need.
