reintroduce wrapPreconditioner4Parallel and deprecate it
reintroduce createScalarProduct and deprecate it
(potentially) reintroduce IterativeSolverTag and DirectSolverTag
fix the version number in some deprecation warning
additional test to cover potential regression for MultiTypeBlockMatrix

fixes #119 related to #113
