Add support for Raviart-Thomas finite elements for pyramids and prisms.

Disclaimer: A follow-up MR in dune-functions will be linked here. But there I encountered some unresolved issues.

Edit: Would somebody be so kind to push a corresponding branch to dune-localfunctions so the CI can find the changes in dune-functions?
